Good Job 5/30/2017

I used Vigil's and Smith's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for the first time to fix my furnace. There was a part that had gone bad in the furnace and needed to be replaced. The guy that came out went and got the part from his truck and fixed it up for me right then. He was a real nice guy. Very polite and professional and he did a good job. Their prices were reasonable and I would call them again. I would also recommend them to other people. more

Follow up on recommendations 4/26/2017

Very efficient and professional. Great with recommendations for part or new unit. But the company said I would get a call for recommendations and never got that call?? So O guess I'll look on my own for a unit. Thank you more

I sent my review directly to Mister Vigil, I was only happy with Mario &Tom working late until 7:00PM to assure us of hot water. I am very disappointed that I was told that Rheem doesn't provide a instruction manual with their heaters when the Rheem they replaced had one. Also when I requested an itemized bill for our insurance company , I was told you do not do that.. Even the Dollar store has a itemized bill. When i need something else , I will shop around. more

The service technician called and was on his way soon after our initial call. Mark was polite, efficient, found our problem and repaired our furnace. He was friendly, considerate and impressed us with the service. We will absolutely recommend One Hour to all of you neighbors. Thank you more

Vigil's and Smith's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is always my first call. Their service is outstanding and the people are so friendly and helpful. We just called them again about the furnace and they responded right away. They had everything handled quickly and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I especially appreciate that they get out to us quickly and that their work is done right. They are great and I highly recommend this company! more

Bad Service 3/15/2017

I don't like to be swindled. 540.00 to Clean a furnace, then the Tech tells me thats with a discount. I reviewed and researched Pueblo for average furnace cleaning. Found average cost is 325.00. Found 2 other reputable Heating Companies in town that came out For FREE estimate and Quoted in the 300.00s with labor and Both registered with the BBB. Your Company charges 89.00 just to come out. Follow the example of your competition. I did go with another Company. more

The only drawback is that for the price I paid for the ducts to be cleaned I expected not to be left with a mess. However no clean up was done and my entire house was covered in dust. I had to dust and vacuum every room. more
