I sent my review directly to Mister Vigil, I was only happy with Mario &Tom working late until 7:00PM to assure us of hot water. I am very disappointed that I was told that Rheem doesn't provide a instruction manual with their heaters when the Rheem they replaced had one. Also when I requested an itemized bill for our insurance company , I was told you do not do that.. Even the Dollar store has a itemized bill. When i need something else , I will shop around.
