Cancelled the service due to lack of poor customer service, not having the right parts. Overall not satisfied with the experience have had issues with the company once before but gave them the benefit of the doubt, unfortunately it was disappointing. more

THE SERVICE MAN WAS PUNCTUAL, CLEARLY GAVE ASSESSMENT OF HEATER EFFECIENCY. I REALLY LIKE THAT HE WORE SHOE-COVERS,, GREAT. MY QUESTIONS WERE CLEARLY EXPLANIED. Excellent experience - 5 out of 5 stars! 11/16/2016

Vigil's and Smith's One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning came to the house for the first time when they installed central air and a new furnace for us. They arrived on time, did what they said they would do, and completed the job quicker than I had expected. I really appreciated that they explained everything in detail and went over all the information with us. They took the time to make sure we understood what they were talking about, didn't just rush through and move on. Their pricing is fair, honest, and a good value overall. I was very pleased with the entire experience and absolutely recommend them! more

Had a call back due to heat not coming on. Tech forgot to turn gas valve back on after he serviced unit for winter check up. 10/29/2016

The lady who took my call was great and calming as I was worried I had a big issue with the heater. The tech came out and found he forgot to turn gas valve back on after he serviced unit. Turned out okay except I had to miss work to wait for repairs. Very happy with my service. We have the silver service. more

Great Diagnostics 10/13/2016

Although we did receive great service from Andrew on the diagnostics of the furnace, we ultimately had to use a different company for the repairs due to a program to finance the repairs. In order for the program to assist with the costs of repairs we had to use a company the program contracts with. I must say I am very thankful to Andrew who had to deal with a difficult costumer and an unkempt property. He was great to deal with a pretty challenging situation. more
