Best car buying experience I've ever had. Having never dealt with a small dealer I was wary. However, Velocity Auto Sales made me regret ever having had to deal with Larry Miller, T Dahle, or most especially Ken Garff. \r \r Before purchasing my Lexus IS 250 I did all my research and was ready to haggle. I knew what my trade was worth, what the new car was worth, and most importantly the little tricks other dealers pull to confuse you and sneak in more ""gross"". Surprisingly, for the first time at a dealer I didn't have to negotiate. Their offer was exactly what I was looking for. On top of it all I got a 100,000 comprehensive warranty for an amazing price. A win-win for sure! I will be going back soon. more

I have bought several cars from Velocity over the past year and a half. They ALWAYS have the best prices on cars. They are car professionals and will always make sure you are happy. The last car I bought was a 2011 Toyota Sienna and they were able to put leather seats in it for less than if I had someone else do it, and it looks like it came from the factory with the leather seats. I purchased a truck a 2003 F150 from Velocity auto sales and it was a GREAT car buying experience! The had what i was looking for at a better price. At first i thought it was going to be all the same try and find a car find out its over priced wait to 2 hours and get ripped off but it was it was pleasant and easy i would recommend ANYONE to Velocity Auto Sales! I recently purchased my second vehicle from velocity last month. My first car i bought they actually didn't have but I wanted to work with them so they purchased that car I wanted from another dealership at a lower price and then I bought it through them. It was a great car and after putting quite a bit of miles on it I sold it and was in the market again. I looked to Velocity and found the perfect car for me with low miles and right in my price range. I love this great car and would recommend them to anyone. more

So we purchased a Honda Odyssey from them a week ago only after they agreed to fix the mechanical problems our mechanic saw needed to be done. The salesperson assured us that their mechanic had checked it out and that everything looked good to go but our mechanic said it needed brand new motor mounts (the ones in the van were shot) and the rack and pinion needed to be replaced. After fixing the things on our bill of sale list (6 days later) we were on our way home with our van. The transmission went out before we could make it home and I'm over 8 months pregnant with two little boys in the car on the side of the road. They brought us a loaner van while they tried to figure out what was wrong with our van and it reeked of pet urine and we had to travel with our windows down wherever we went. After finding the problem with the car, that it was the transmission, we asked them if they put in a new one and they said no it was a used one with 60,000 miles on it. From the beginning, our experience with Velocity was horrible when it came to the product they were selling, they were nice people but that doesn't count when you're wanting reliability with the car you purchase. more

I've purchased two cars from these guys and they are the best. Lowest prices, and now my wife and my daughter have vehicles they love. They are happy, and so I'm happy. I'll definitely go back to these guys when it is time to get a new car for myself. more

We came to velocity to look at some cars because every car that we looked at on KSL had the best price at Velocity auto sales. When we got there we were blown away at how busy they were. Salesmen were running all over helping all of the customers. We asked for some info on there selection of cars and they did a great job juggling all of us. We ended up getting a beautiful Mercedes. Brent even got us financed and we never had to even go to the bank. We will definently be buying our future cars from Velocity Auto Sales more

We purchased a Toyota Tacoma a couple years ago from Velocity and the vehicle was excellent and a great price. We just purchased a Toyota Prius from Velocity for my wife and we could not be happier. The car is everything we hoped for and the price was the best deal around. Marcus rolled out the red carpet for us. Excellent service and best value for the dollar in Utah. more

We recently bought an odyssey from Stephen and he was very helpful and professional. We did notice after we bought the van that the brakes needed serviced. We called down and stephen set an appointment right away so we could get it taken care of. They met all our expectations for buying a used car and I would recommend them to anyone. If i could do no stars i would. we purchased a car from them 9 months ago, we have had 3 major(1900, 800, and 7000 dollars each) repairs needed all of which have not been covered by the 2000 dollar ""extended warranty"" we purchased. the owner marcus is difficult to get a hold of and even harderbto deal with! Any good reviews just havent driven their car long enough. more

I saw some online cars for sale & called Friday evening. Asked someone about a car fax, the guy pulled it and told me "" This is priced to sell, it is the cleanest car fax I've seen"" Told me it had one owner, it was an 08 Honda Odyssey with 39K miles. So I went through the process of getting approved, called MOnday morning & set up a time to come buy it. I decided to pull my own car fax- Just incase, I am glad I did. There is an accident reported, truck lid replaced, left & right side damage & a mileage discrepancy! How dishonest? I almost purchased a car spending just over $19,000.00 because I was TOLD it was a clean carfax! more

This was really the best experience you can have buying a car. The guys were so young and had such a great attitude. They all made you feel right at home. There was no pressure what so ever to buy. We bought an odyssey and it was by far the best deal anywhere. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Worst Service I've ever received in my LIFE! I bought a car from Marcus the owner adn he told me that the wheels were new. 1 week later i had 2 tires explode on my and the tire place said that they had slow leaks in them for at least 3 weeks. Which means the car was sitting on their lot and they knew the tires were going flat but went ahead and told me they were new. To top it off, i called down there to talk to Marcus ( the owner and the one who sold me the car.. his wifes car), they put me on hold and then came back and said he was at the gas station and to take a message. I did so, about an hour later the same sales assistant called me back saying Marcus was too busy but had time to relay a message to him stating that (Marcus) "" Said that he told me the wheels were a year old when i bought the car"" and i said i wouldnt be wasting my time calling you if he had told me that. All in all worst customer service ive ever been given. The owner could have at least called me himself and apologized for his lack of communication, i would have accepted that and wouldnt be leaving a terrible review. Dont buy a car here unless you want to pay more money a week later to replace something that they ""forgot"" to tell you! more
