They were great to work with!! No pressure a d really the best prices around. We went to melinimum and looked at a accord and then we told them we were going to velocity the sales man freaked out and started showing us carfax reports that showed some of their cars had accidents. I asked him if their cars had accidents on carfax as well and he said well only a few. I would never do business with someone who bad mouths some one with the same kind of inventory. We bought from velocity and the car did have a fender bender but it was clean as can be and even qualified for their extended full coverage warrant. Thanks velocity we will be back more

I have known a few people that have bought cars from Velocity. In multiple cases the CARFAX was shown with an accident but no frame damage. The salesman explained away the accident as a fender bender because the frame was not damaged and the airbags did not deploy. Then as things begin to go wrong with the cars the customer, my friends, pull an AutoCheck report and there are reports of airbags deployed, frame damage, and a multitude of other issues. This company buys damaged cars to sell that have a "Clean Carfax" but have major issues and damage. Pull an AutoCheck or DON'T BUY!!!!! more

Before we bought an Altima from Velocity, we read the reviews and figured any business was going to have a few bad reviews so we decided to purchase the car to save some money. Big Mistake. After a few months of owning the car it needed $800.00 worth of repairs, and of course the warranty we had purchased didn't cover the repairs needed. You would save money in the long run by purchasing a vehicle at a dealer that inspects their cars before they sell them. more

I recently bought an Infiniti from them, and during the process, I asked several times whether they inspect their cars, if there were any repairs that were needed, and I specifically asked about the struts because I had just sold an Infiniti with similar miles and had to repair the struts before selling it. I was repeatedly told that they do a thorough inspection of all their cars and take care of any major repairs before selling them. I was stupid, believed them, and bought the car. I soon found out that it wouldn't even pass the safety inspection and had several major issues, including the struts and several other things that would have been easily seen on any cursory inspection. I've had to put several thousand dollars into these repairs, and I'm still not done. In a later discussion with someone else at the dealer, I was told that they don't inspect every car or make repairs. I don't think the salesman intentionally lied to me, but I do think they have a lot of cars and a lot of salesmen who aren't familiar with each car and don't know what they're talking about. more

We bought a 2010 Mercedes C300 4 Matic from velocity auto sales. The price seemed to good to be true so we took it the Ken Garff Mercedes to get it inspected. They said it was perfect and showed us that it was bought from Mercedes financial. They tried to even get us to buy one of theirs but they couldn't even get close to the price. They were 2,600 more and had 10,000 miles more. Velocity auto sales is amazing!! We will be back for sure. If you want the best cars around buy from them! more

Talk about a clean high pace dealership. They verse slammed when we got there but the salesmen were very professional and helped us out along with everyone else. We got it to finance with Steven and he got us a full coverage warranty on out Mercedes for thousands cheaper than ken garff quoted us. We will be back for sure to buy many more cars over the next few years!!! more

We bought a Toyota matrix from this place because they had their cars for thousands less than anyone els we could find. I test drove the 2009 Toyota Matrix and it ran really good. They showed us the carfax for it and told us that it was clean. We purchased the car from them and I thought we had recieved a really good deal, the car was $11,000, only had 37,000 miles on it and was a 2009. They showed us some other cars that were the same year that had more miles on KSL that were the same year and model that were more expensive. Then 15,000 miles later the clutch goes out! Now the transmission rubes when I put it into 4th gear and I had to replace the breaks and all of the bolts and lug nuts to the back tires. They were so rusted that I could not get them off of the tires, and they broke when I tried to put pressure on them. I think the car had to have been in a flood or something and I am sure that Velocity knew about this. I have a friend that also bought a car from them and thought that He was getting a good deal. Now a couple months later they are having a ton of problems as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They are good sales men and all they care about is the sale!!! more

My wife and I just purchased a acura tsx from these guys. I wasn't pressured one bit and had all my questions and concerns addressed quickly and professionally. I would and will recommend to all friends and family members. They helped with our financing which saved us a lot of time and money. more

We just bought an Acura Mdx from the guys at velocity auto sales and I usually don't go through the hassle of writing reviews but these guys were so awesome. Their prices were better than anyone including private party sellers. And we got a full coverage warranty for hundreds less than their competitors were selling them for on the same car. Do not buy here!!! These guys will tell you anything. I recently bought a car from them, they told be they would fully detail the car and fix problems. When I went to get the car nothing was done. So I went back on Monday after they called me to say the car was done. Well all the cars were gone and the dealer moved to Draper. Would have been nice to mention that the car was now in Draper! They said they did a full detail on the car when I arrived and that they changed the cabin filter but all they did was put an air freshener on top of the old filter. The interior detail of the car was only half done, bolts were missing from the glove box, carpet was wet under floor mats and the list goes on and on. The service here sucks and these guys are liars I won't back. more

We purchased a Toyota Tacoma a couple years ago from Velocity and the vehicle was excellent and a great price. We just purchased a Toyota Prius from Velocity for my wife and we could not be happier. I recently purchased a Honda Odyssey from Velocity Auto Sales and couldn't believe how inexpensive the van was. I had looked for months trying to find one that fit my budget that had low miles, leather, navigation and DVD player and I came across Velocity Auto Sales online. I never heard of the dealer and was afraid that it was a small dealership. When I got there they had more options than any other dealer I had been to and we found the perfect one. For a similiar van elsewhere we were looking at the mid-20s, at Velocity I got it for $22,200 out the door. I will definitely recommend the dealer to all of my family and friends. Thanks guys. more

After doing lots of research, I decided to travel the 700 miles to buy the car I wanted from Velocity. BIG MISTAKE. I called to arrange my appointment and do my negotiating over the phone, and when I showed up, the salesman I spoke to wasn’t there. Another salesman started working with me, and after seeing the car, I noticed that the navigation system was locked and needed a disk, some interior leather was torn, the tires were weathered and the rubber cracked-and to top it off, the rotors were completely shot. I left the car and a $1000 deposit with Velocity for 8 days to fix all the things I mentioned, I also asked for an owners' manual and a spare key. When I returned to pick up my car-hoping for a quick transaction, (the salesman I had been working with was gone) considering how far I needed to drive to get home, NOTHING had changed- except for one thing...The rims that were on the car were exchanged for different rims—ones that had serious curb rash and were bent around the edges. It took 5 hours to complete the transaction...I had actually decided to walk away from the deal after traveling to get there, but my $1000 was apparently non-refundable and anyone to whom I could dispute the refund policy was "out of town". When they said the car was ready for me- it was dirty, inside and out, the tire pressure gauge was lit, and the gas light was on. I asked them to at least wash it-which is where I received the best service- the detail crew was speedy and thorough with the outside of the car. The entire dealership was beyond disorganized and each of them blamed another salesman for everything. As I was unhappily signing paperwork, I was informed of a Doc. Fee of $295-an outrageous fee- even for large dealerships. LEGALLY, doc fees must be included in the advertised price of the car, and are meant to pay for things like dealer prep and safety inspections. I asked for the inspection certificate and maintenance records-since I paid for those things to be done & I haven’t heard anything back, but I’ll keep calling.... more

For someone who never writes a review. It is very rare for me to be totally amazed with a business, but after buying a car from Velocity Auto Sales I was blown away with how amazing they are. Steven was about as nice of person as you can be. He helped us find the car we were looking for and was so laid back. It was the best experience we have ever had buying a car. We defiantly recommend them to anyone looking at a car. more
