I traded in my 2008 JEEP COMMANDER HEMI for my 2012 HONDA ACCORD and it was absolutely one of my best experiences being at any car dealership- from sales all the way to the service department!! My 2 sales guys were very hospitable and thorough in explaining all my options... I would definitely refer any of my friends and clients there. Drove in late on a Thursday with head light issues. I was greeted by Mike Symank who was very nice in informing what I had overlooked. I had been trying to change the wrong bulb with the wrong bulb? He was able to determine quickly that the socket connections were slightly loose from possible road vibration. After he secured all the connectors...turns out all my lights were working and I didn't need any bulbs replaced just yet. He had me all fixed up in a few minutes and he said all I owed him was a hand shake. Thanks Vandergriff Honda and Mike for helping me again in a pinch. Highly recommended for professionalism and customer treatment! more

I called the dealership for a new battery for my Odyssey. Mike Symank helped me on the phone and I learned about the 100 month warranty on Honda batteries! SCORE! When I pulled up Veron Shorter greeted me in Express Service like I was a long lost friend, then Howard Russell helped me out and got me taken care of quickly. Im now rolling with the kiddos with no battery concerns. While I was there, I spoke with Breck Lowe about some paint concerns and he was very understanding, Patrick Jordan talked to me about my used Odyssey value and I now have dreams of a new one someday. Thanks guys! The free drinks at Perks sure are nice. more

The salesman that I worked with Patrick was very nice, not pushy and answered all my questions that i had. I told him that i didn't want to buy a car right away and he still took the time to show me the car and didn't rush me. I ended up buying from him by the end of the night because he was so helpful and nice. The manager was even helpful as well, and the finance person that did the paperwork made it a smooth process. I already recommended my friends and family to come here and buy a Honda. more

When I went to Vandergriff Honda, Scott Reynolds came out to greet me and was first off very friendly. He sat down with me and listened to my desire for a CRV and asked what features are important to me. I was not pressured and he made me feel very comfortable and thoroughly answered any questions I had. At the end of the deal, he continued to offer help in setting up my new CRV as well as answering further concerns I had. I would recommend Scott Reynolds to anyone shopping for a vehicle purchase! He has thorough knowledge of the vehicles offered and has patience to see the deal through without pressure! Thank you Scott Reynolds! I am so happy in my new CRV! more

Ruben Stepanian is far from your average car salesman. He was incredibly respectful and patient with me as I looked around and when I had questions he had answers. Overall it was a wonderful experience. He put me into a a really great car for a price I could afford. I will definitely go see him again and recommend him to friends and family. Great service at Vandergriff Honda! 6/7/2012

Great service at Vandergriff Honda! Took both my vehicle and my wifes vehicle into Vandergriff for serive this week. Chris Gonzales was our service advisor and he was informative and appreciative of our buisness. He was trained very well. The service director Frank Garza was also helpfull and made sure we were okay and that the service was performed to our satisfaction. We live in Dallas and go out of our way to take our vehicle to Vandergriff for their great service, thanks again more

I have nothing but good stuff to say about this dealership! Rodger Rodriguez answered all of my questions and showed me everything I wanted to see. I arrived at the dealership just 30 min before they closed and Roger Rodriguez still took his time with helping me. I was able to leave that night with my brand new car! The best part of all, I got a great deal! I recommend this dealership and Roger Rodriguez to all! more

Best service ever 3/25/2012

I had the best experience ever from the time I walked into the dealership to the time I walked out. Everyone was so nice and never pushy. The most important thing to everyone I met was that I was happy. It started with our sells rep. Asheed Graves who was very knowledgeable about all the cars we test drove. We finally decided on the Crosstour which was a great car. We talked about my trade in and received exactly what I wanted. Then we talked to Salah Hoque in the finance dept. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. To him our happiness was the most important thing. I got everything I wanted from the financing rate to the monthly payment to the warranty I wanted. Thank you very much Asheed and Salah for making my experience wonderful! more
