I had the best experience ever from the time I walked into the dealership to the time I walked out. Everyone was so nice and never pushy. The most important thing to everyone I met was that I was happy. It started with our sells rep. Asheed Graves who was very knowledgeable about all the cars we test drove. We finally decided on the Crosstour which was a great car. We talked about my trade in and received exactly what I wanted. Then we talked to Salah Hoque in the finance dept. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. To him our happiness was the most important thing. I got everything I wanted from the financing rate to the monthly payment to the warranty I wanted. Thank you very much Asheed and Salah for making my experience wonderful!
