I called the dealership for a new battery for my Odyssey. Mike Symank helped me on the phone and I learned about the 100 month warranty on Honda batteries! SCORE! When I pulled up Veron Shorter greeted me in Express Service like I was a long lost friend, then Howard Russell helped me out and got me taken care of quickly. Im now rolling with the kiddos with no battery concerns. While I was there, I spoke with Breck Lowe about some paint concerns and he was very understanding, Patrick Jordan talked to me about my used Odyssey value and I now have dreams of a new one someday.
