Good experience 6/14/2015

I had a good experience at the service dept. They reviewed the problem that I came in for and explained what the problem was. After consenting to the cost they told me, the proceeded. They also pointed out several other things that needed to be done, both regular maintenance (that I had neglected doing) as well as a few other areas (leaks etc.). They explained everything very well and gave me the option of what I was going to have them proceed with that day. They then gave me a list of the other items and their estimates for me to take with me. I will be going back to have (at least some of) this worked done as their whole process gave me confidence and trust in their service . more

I came in to buy my 2010 Accent and I worked with Rosie and I could not have asked for a better experience. She was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable with great conversation. they do not have any idea about people how valuable are time is or the fact that I need repairs done first visit about 90 mi. round trip. 6/8/2015

they do not even do the walk around but always make sure to tell me to say we did if I get a survey. what I see is dealership that has lost it's swagger I have had a tire fall of rite after a rotate. or I bring my Wife 2007 go in for body work I was told 7 or 8 days to repair 15 days later I was told it was done very shoddy work for 15 days ,my calls were not returned . used trunk lid not a very good paint work lid was "was very hard to open. I could have body work done any place, not VAN HORN . I had purchased 11 HYUNDAI in 10 years. After the way they gone down hill in the last 5 or 6. I have had 2 or 3 transmissions cant recall the total. electronics twice. I was all set to call a lemon car attorney . as many cars I had purchased I could better service. Bigger they get the worse service gets. a common route taken by dealers. I have been in sales, B2B 13 years and 19 years in retail management. more

Very good experience 6/4/2015

Service to vehicle was completed as scheduled. Work that was completed was explained very well. Some items were not in stock and a follow up visit will be needed. This was explained very clearly about why the delay, and what the plan was to complete the work. Minor items that were found that could be worked on were identified and documented. Overall a very good experience on this visit. I will return in the future. more
