I had a good experience at the service dept. They reviewed the problem that I came in for and explained what the problem was. After consenting to the cost they told me, the proceeded. They also pointed out several other things that needed to be done, both regular maintenance (that I had neglected doing) as well as a few other areas (leaks etc.). They explained everything very well and gave me the option of what I was going to have them proceed with that day. They then gave me a list of the other items and their estimates for me to take with me. I will be going back to have (at least some of) this worked done as their whole process gave me confidence and trust in their service .
