they do not even do the walk around but always make sure to tell me to say we did if I get a survey. what I see is dealership that has lost it's swagger I have had a tire fall of rite after a rotate. or I bring my Wife 2007 go in for body work I was told 7 or 8 days to repair 15 days later I was told it was done very shoddy work for 15 days ,my calls were not returned . used trunk lid not a very good paint work lid was "was very hard to open. I could have body work done any place, not VAN HORN . I had purchased 11 HYUNDAI in 10 years. After the way they gone down hill in the last 5 or 6. I have had 2 or 3 transmissions cant recall the total. electronics twice. I was all set to call a lemon car attorney . as many cars I had purchased I could better service. Bigger they get the worse service gets. a common route taken by dealers. I have been in sales, B2B 13 years and 19 years in retail management. more
