Overall - we are now satisfied with our service. 3/25/2015

I brought my newly purchased used Grand Caravan in for it's first oil change and was given a list of repairs that were needed (wiper blade, air filter, tires by winter etc). Plus I mentioned a flickering dash light that appeared the first day I owned it and they tried charging me a diagnostic fee. After voicing our complaints and several phone calls and visits to the dealership - they did replace the wiper and air filter and gave a 1 year warranty on the headlamp (for the flickering). Overall - we are now satisfied with our service. more

My Hyundai wouldn't start over the weekend, and I needed it repaired for the next week of work. I called Van Horn Hyundai Monday morning at 7:00 am to see if they had an opening. Not only would they be able to look at it that afternoon, but they had all the repairs completed and ready for pick-up before the end of the work day. On top of it, they honored the coupons on their website with no questions asked.\r \r I would definitely take my Hyundai to Van Horn service again. more
