This was my first time using Value Van and Car Rental. They were a little pricier than I would have liked, but everything else was great! I really liked their location, it was convenient to me and if I ever need to rent a van again, I'll definitely go back to them again.
They were pretty friendly and provided great information from the beginning. I first spoke with a woman, Juanitta, and she was very friendly and professional and asked what I needed the van for so she could get me the right size. I never felt hassled to make a decision on which van to rent. Brad was the next person I spoke to, and he was very friendly too. He let me know the car was ready. They were very informative throughout the process.
All of the vans were new and immaculate. When I got it, it came with instructions on how to drive it which I greatly appreciated. When I brought it back, I tried to bring it back clean, but it was a little dirty with finger foods leftover from the kids, like cereal and crackers, but nothing terrible. Overall, it was a great experience!
