My experience I had was great, I have tryed many rental places and there were always problems. You can't use debt cards only credit (visa), you can only have a certain amount of drivers, the selection of vehicles were very limited and I have found valve auto rental to be the best. No hassel,the vehicle was very clean in great condition and the customer service was great and very helpful and most of all the price was right. They now have a loyal customer
