I purchased my hot tub from Valley Pools and Spas in 1999. Over the past 16 years I have had many occasions to require service to the Hot Tub which is still in great working condition! Each time over those years I have called and spoken to Jackie. I wanted her, and you all, to know how much I appreciate her professionalism and friendliness. In today's world it is rare that you receive such wonderful customer service. more

Jackie is always prompt to set up the necessary scheduling, or if she is tied up with another call, she is quick to call back to set up service. The service reps always show up at the scheduled time and in the majority of cases are able to fix any problem with out having to make return calls. If return calls are necessary, Jackie is again ready to explain when the parts will be in and how soon they can be installed. I just want her to know how much her excellent customer service appreciated. When people ask me about my hot tub, and if I still use it after so many years, I tell them that I have almost no trouble with it and when a problem does arrive, the customer service team at VP&S is the BEST service department I have ever experienced and they make it easy to keep the tub in great shape. Thank you to everyone at VP&S!! more

Absolutely GREAT Service!! If you own a pool or spa and are having trouble with your water, this is THE place to go. Great Customer Service and VERY Knowledgeable! They test your water with an electronic machine and print out the results. They also go over the results with you so you know what you're going to need to do to fix your water. They get Super busy during the summer so you need a little patience when it comes to getting your water tested. They seem to get their fair share of impatient/rude customers but they ALWAYS keep a smile on their face no matter what. If you're looking for a Pool Company that works for YOU and not THEMSELVES than this is the place to go Hands Down! They also have Great Technicians that will come out to your house to work on your pool/spa. We had Dave come out to fix our waterfall on our spa and replace the motor on our pool. 25 minutes later everything was fixed and working perfectly. more

My husband and I had an exceptional experience at Valley Pools and Spas. Our sales person Christie was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and polite. She listened to everything we had to say about our needs. Valley has a very wide range of product to consider and we loved their Marquis spas! This is our third one! She went as far as to pull a spa out of their warehouse for us to look at to be sure that we were getting the proper color and finish for our home. We could not be happier!! We have also had our pool built by them and serviced for the last 15 years. They are a great all around pool and spa company! more

I recently had to have my spa repaired and got a quote from your store in Burnsville. The quote for the repair was nearly $1000 due to an electrical problem. The cost sucked but I had to get it fixed. The day after the repairs were done and my spa was up and running I got the receipt/bill in the mail and it was only $114 because they found the damage wasn't as extensive as they thought! I was super happy to see the lower cost and I want to thank you, because you could have easily billed me the full amount and I wouldn't have known the difference. We've been a customer since we bought our spa in 2001 and this is just another example of why we have stayed with you all these years! more

I contacted Valley Pools and spoke with Larry. They had a sales representative out to my house within 2 days. They were very informed about their company and their products. We felt very comfortable with Valley Pools and decided to hire them for our pool project. The project went very well and they communicated with us throughout the whole project.. We are looking forward to a fun summer with our pool. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend Valley Pools to anyone who is in the market for a swimming pool. more

I called Valley Pools to move my 10 year old spa to my daughter's house. They were so helpful taking care of this process. When they arrived they were very efficent. I went in to Valley Pools & Spas to get chemicals for my daughter and ended up purchasing a new hot tub from Christi. I would definitly recommend them to people Thanks for this experience Sonya Timm more

Valley Pools and Spas personnel were very professional. They listened to my requirements and provided opitions for my consideration. These options included pros and cons to Spas with more and fewer options and pricing. The buying experience was excellent. The installation was timely and efficient. The Spa teach was dynamic. the Spa functions as advertised and presented by the salesperson. Hats off to an excellent staff and great experience. more

Our family purchased the odyssey new from an online purchase with Andi. If you buy a car anywhere, find out what their online price is because that is usually the lowest price available. Anyway, since then, a year ago, I've brought the van in for service, oil change, an issue with the sliding door, a tire that caught a nail once, and a wash and wax. I worked with Gwynn a couple times (lovely) and since then deal with John Stewart. It always seems to me that these service people are always listening to what I have to say and helps me to resolve any concern I may have. Those 2 individuals are the reason I keep coming back. They listen, and resolve. Eduardo who moves the cars in and out of the garage is also very friendly and helpful. So, all in all, my experience with VIP Honda has been a good one. I do recommend VIP Honda and will get our next car there. Also, I was rear ended this last winter and needed a bumper replaced, Anthony at the VIP body shop did the work, fantastic! more
