I recently had to have my spa repaired and got a quote from your store in Burnsville. The quote for the repair was nearly $1000 due to an electrical problem. The cost sucked but I had to get it fixed. The day after the repairs were done and my spa was up and running I got the receipt/bill in the mail and it was only $114 because they found the damage wasn't as extensive as they thought! I was super happy to see the lower cost and I want to thank you, because you could have easily billed me the full amount and I wouldn't have known the difference. We've been a customer since we bought our spa in 2001 and this is just another example of why we have stayed with you all these years!
