Looked around for a good price on installing a A/C, Then my neighbor recommend Valley Heating so I gave them a call and I don't regret it they did a wonderful job at a good price.

Good, but not Great 12/6/2012

I used Valley Heating & Cooling for a full heater install. They charged my $8,000 and it was a pretty steep price considering the cheapest estimate I got was $6,500, but after some quick research found out that company was not licensed OR insured so I will take the safe route and hire a company that has its stuff together. They took 3 days to complete the job, they did everything right and works great right now! I would use them if your looking for someone to rely and depend on, not just for price! more

This company did an excellent job figuring out what was wrong with my air conditioner. They ordered the parts, and came back in 2 days, as promised, and fixed it. The communication they have with the homeowner, explaining the problem, what needs to be done and the cost was very clear and professional. This is a nice company to do business with. The technician they sent to my home was Charles. more

They responded the same day when we asked for an estimate, and the work started shortly thereafter. They had to first remove the asbestos and then remove all of the old ducts (1 day). Then the heater and the new ducts were installed, and the entire job took just a little over two days. They were prompt, polite, and efficient, and actaully left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. And in addition, they actually pointed out a couple of other things that needed to be repaired, and these had nothing to do with the heater installation. Overall, we were very pleased with their work. more

exceeded my expectation 6/6/2011

It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Valley...from Serena in the office, Art the estimator, and Robert the installer. They were all able to answer my questions and accommodate my requests to my utmost satisfaction. The installation was excellent. The only recommendation I would make to Valley is that some vacuuming of the work area be done upon job completion. Otherwise, they exceeded my expectation. more

bad experience in my house.... 5/12/2011

I hired this company to replace my ac system last year, it cost me almost $ 15,000 dollars and they were supost to installed a trane system, but instead they installed a condenser trane and in my attic a goodman furnace, they look the same color. Last week on Saturday the system was not working, so I called another company to come and help me. And that's when I found the problem. I don't recommend this company to anyone.... They are crooks... They take advantage of people.... Don't trust on their review..... more

well worth the benefit 5/12/2011

I was told it would take about 11/2 hours from start to finish, and that was how long it took. The technician arrived when he said he would. He put down canvas on the hardwood floor to protect it from the vacuum hose. The work done seemed to be a thorough and efficient process. The air ducts had not been cleaned for at least 6 years that I know of, and the cost was well worth the benefit. We do not notice as much dust build up on surfaces as before the cleaning. more
