Looked around for a good price on installing a A/C, Then my neighbor recommend Valley Heating so I gave them a call and I don't regret it they did a wonderful job at a good price.

Great Service 10/28/2010

Today I had VHC come to at a new home I purchased a couple of weeks ago. The A/C runs, but the house hasn't been cooling well. I called late on Friday (before the holiday weekend). They were willing to accommodate sending someone that afternoon, but since it wasn't an emergency I said I could wait until after the weekend. The technician they sent (Gary) was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He called on his way over so I would know to expect him. This is an older home so he walked me through the way the system was setup, how to change the filter in this older unit, common issues with older systems to watch for, etc The service call was $120. Looks like I should get new ducting as the current duct work doesn't allow for sufficient airflow. Someone is coming out Friday to provide an estimate on the work. I really like VHC. Their customer service is great, and they never make me feel pressured to do work. I always feel like VHC is trying to do right by me - their customer. more

Great Experience!! 10/18/2010

The service technician called me within 15 minutes and I had to pay extra for the emergency service (I think it was something like $160) but he could be over in an hour. He came over and got me up and running! Sadly, the A/C went out again over the weekend (my neighbor looked in on the place), but VHC was great - someone was back out Monday morning to fix it. They even worked with my neighbor and took payment from me over the phone since I was still out of town. I really appreciated them working with my circumstance. Last summer, the A/C failed again (not VHC's fault). They came out and fixed it for me - no charge! more

Customer Satisfaction 10/16/2010

I don?t usually write any review/comments but this company Valley Heating and Cooling has just done an excellent job for me, they deserve a good comment.\r \r VH&C has just installed a new furnace, new air conditioner, fireplace gas insert and a tankless water heater in my house. At the same time, they relocated the furnace and the tankless water heater from inside the house to the garage. You can imagine this is not a simple job but the technicians were well trained, very organized, and professional. Marcos, the team lead, knew exactly what to do, he answered every question that I had. I?m a detail oriented person and they did install everything exactly the way I that wanted. They clean up at the end of every day and end of job. When I research for a contractor, I saw VH&C advertised in their web site that 100% customer satisfaction, I laugh at it. They do great work and the owners aren't bad people themselves. They really do take care of there customers and they offer great products. Choose Carrier for Furnace / AC...the best brand. more

Absolutely Recommend 10/4/2010

With the amount of flaky contractors out there, we had an excellent experience with Valley. We had a routine maintenance done, and found out our furnace was bad. It was very old. Ray came out and gave us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, and worked with our budget. The installer came on time, and he was super organized and clean, which we appreciated. They called to confirm all of our appointments and kept on schedule as promised. I love their Old fashioned service motto. It really showed that they care about us. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! more

Great Experience 9/24/2010

I had a new furnace & AC installed. We had the old one removed from a closet and the new one is in the attic so there was a lot of work to do. Plus, they had to upgrade the power panel to a 200A service to support the AC. They showed up on time every day. They put down drop clothes and cleaned up daily so, while a little dusty from construction, the house was very comfortable during the installation. After the first day there were a few things that I wasn't sure about. I made a call and a supervisor showed up promptly and discussed my concerns. Before the got done they had fixed everything that I has questions about. At this point I am confident that they would have fixed everything before they were done even if I hadn't asked about them. Because of the houses layout there were some minor changes that we made as we progressed. They adapted to the requests quickly and without significant extra expense. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone. more

They were prompt 9/10/2010

They were prompt. They came in and delivered the type of equipment they said they were going to do and hooked it all up. They had to then follow up with some inspection, and they came back and installed what our guy requested all no extra cost to us. We were pleased with that. Their workmanship was good. We will use them again in the future. more

attentive to customer service 9/7/2010

I would def recommend them for duct cleaning. I used these guys to service my heating and cooling recently. Seems like a professional outfit. The technician wasn't weird. Just a regular, polite person. If I have to use them for anything major, I'll update the review but for now I'm thinking about signing up for a service contract with them.Technically competent, good value, owners are attentive to customer service. more

did a very thorough job 9/2/2010

We've had our furnace service and our vents/ducts cleaned twice by Valley and I feel like they did a great job. Our technician was Rich and he was really good about expaining the cleaning process (our son has respiratory issues) and he did a very thorough job. He was also mindful of our indoor cats to not leave doors open. I think their prices are fair - we used them 2 years ago and price increase was $30. They showed up on time and weren't in a rush to do the job and get out. more

I thought they were very pleasant, honest, and professional. They did a very good job, andI was pleased with their manners. They were very nice. I liked them because they were up-front with me, didn't try to sell me anything, and they gave me a good price. I would recommend them highly as I feel they are a good company. more

pleasant experience 7/9/2010

This was just a pleasant experience. Nothing went wrong. The guy showed up on time and was very easy to work with. They did a service check on my heating and air conditioning unit in my 1500 square foot home. They cleaned it and just made sure it was working properly. more
