From the moment I arrived at Valet Auto Body I felt at ease. Trace and his staff assured me they could fix everything that was wrong with my 09' BMW.I would like to state that the level of customer service was unreal. Trace let me know that he would personally handle all the communication with my insurance company. Which he did and I wasn’t bothered with any of the details. He gave me a tour of his shop and made me feel comfortable that they were doing only quality work down there. Once they got the ok from my insurance company, they only took a 10 days to finish a ton of work on my vehicle. I was so please with the outcome. My car looked brand new. The work they did was impeccable. It felt as if they cared and kept me informed and updated with the progress. It’s nice to walk into a shop that is so professional. I am now awesome for Valentine's Day!!! Someone ran into my wife's car in a parking lot leaving a basketball size dent in the rear bumper. I was having some last minute desperation to come up with a Valentine gift that I knew she really wanted (she just doesn't go for the manicures and such) and thought I would see if we could touch up her Infiniti a bit. I saw some reviews for Valet Auto that seemed better than expected and decided to give them a try. I was impressed with what they told me on the phone, more impressed with the quick estimate and promise to get it done today (Valentine's) and amazed at the price that also included repair of a dent of the front bumper. Both front and back bumpers were removed, heated, and popped back out at less than half of what I expected to pay. The car looks almost new again--and they returned it fully detailed inside and out as well as providing a ride home for the few hours that I left it with them. My wife is thrilled, I am not broke, and Valentine's day is looking good. 6 out of 5 starts to Valet Auto more

I've had my car back for two days and I can't find anything that wasn't done right. It was major damage, stripped to the frame and the car now looks flawless. I'm extremely happy.\r \r My accident was on December 11th on the way home from work. Hit from behind, not my fault and major damage to my almost new Camry, only 12K miles. I was numb and in shock and really cold. The officer took me home and my car was randomly towed to Valet. Dave with Valet called me and made arrangements to get me into a rental car that night! He left his family, wrapped up some Christmas shopping and had me into a Camry rental car, very much like mine by 10 PM that same night. I went to work the next morning on time and never had to miss an hour of work. What a great guy!\r \r Valet called the next day, I was put in the capable hands of Callie and she started the process of working with the other guys insurance and getting all of the needed approvals. I'm a tough customer and I'm picky. She worked with me on all my special requests and the service level was so high I stayed with Valet although I didn't really know them before the accident. I'm very glad I did. \r \r My job is super demanding. I didn't have to hassle with things during the day. Callie sent me emailed updates including current photos twice a week and when I had questions she responded by text or email, sometimes after hours and in the evenings rather than having me wait. I highly recommend Valet. I would absolutely choose them again. Trace is the owner. Even he took and interest in my project and made sure I was happy. After a recent accident, my insurance company sent me to Valet Auto Body. I quickly learned that they spend more time examining the car from every angle before submitting the workplan. The work too a little longer than I expected, but the quality of work was exceptional. My car was a Mercedes-Benz, and I was concerned that the work be done well. Valet did not disappoint. In addition to the outstanding technical work, the entire staff was patient, informative, and ready to help in any way necessary. After over 40 years as a Mercedes-Benz owner, and several accidents, I can say the Valet is by far the best repair organization for my car that I have ever encountered. more

Valet is 2 for 2 with excellent service and cars that look and drive like new. Located in Draper Utah, Valet can and does what the ""big"" shops do but with a personal touch. Nobody wants to be in an accident, but if that unfortunate day happens Valet is the right place for the job. Thanks Valet and all those who helped us out. more

I work for an insurance company and was on my way to work when I was rear-ended on I-15 (not my fault). Valet was recommended to me by my company as a shop that does excellent work for our clients. So I called them. Valet assigned a person to my case and towed my 2012 Explorer to their shop. Callie immediately started calling the at-fault insurance company to get authorization to begin work on my vehicle. The other company gave Callie the runaround for 2 weeks but she was tenacious and with very little effort from me, got everything taken care of. \r \r Their customer service was amazing. Callie kept me apprised of the status of the repairs and the crap the other insurance company was dishing out and what she was doing to push forward. I would highly recommend them as a repair shop to take your vehicle to get fixed. Oh, and Callie took 2 appraisals for the cost to repair my Explorer--one from her company, and one from Met's appraiser and guess what, Valet's was more accurate and cheaper. Was my second great experience with Valet - formerly McNeils - Auto Body. The first time, they fixed a weird leak in my car for a fraction of what everybody else was quoting - and this time around, they did A+ quality work after a fender bender, and did some free touchup work on a few other scratches on the car while they were at it. Even gave me a ride home after I dropped it off! Also, a super nice touch that they really wash and detail the car before returning it. more

So happy that I stumbled upon these guys. I looked online to find a body shop and read some of the reviews and thought I would give them a call. All of the positive reviews are correct! These guys were so helpful and nice! They made dealing with my insurance, credit union, and a rental car all so easy. They were always super friendly and nice. more

I could not have asked for a better experience from an auto body shop. After my jeep was broadsided, the other driver's insurance carrier wanted to cut me a check and be done with it, but Valet made sure that they paid for a rental car for me as well. Not only was their service exceptional in every way, but when my car was done I thought it looked better than ever...and several people said the same thing to me! I would wholeheartedly recommend Valet Auto Body to anyone! more

I was involved in 2 car accidents within a 2 month spand. (neither of which were my fault) :) Valet autobody was there to take care of me from the second i contacted them until the second i returned for my car. I took my car in without having scheduled an appointment on a saturday and i was very well taken care of. Within 30 minutes they had taken my information, told me when my car would be done and sent me on my way with a rental car. While my car was under repair i was contacted frequently about the progress of my car and they would call just to make sure things were going well with the rental. I was very impressed. Not to mention the quality of their work is flawless. I got my car back as good as new! my tip is: go to valet auto body. There is no one better for you when it comes to getting your car fixed!!!! more

You never think an accident will happen to you, but of course this has to happen during the winter time, totally bad luck. Valet made my experience that much less awful. I needed transportation to still get around and my car was going to be in the shop for a week. Matt from Valet organized a rental car for me and worked with my insurance company to make this an easy process. He kept me in the loop the entire time during the process. Any work I have in the future on my cars; whether its an accident, or minor repairs and paint I will be right back here. Thanks Guys! more

About a year ago, I had McNeil/Valet do body work on my teenage daughter's car after she rear-ended someone. They were priced fair and did great work. Just this weekend, I showed up at Valet on a Saturday morning with my daughter's car again. She hit a snowbank while away at college and her bumper was loose. They rebolted it back on for me while I waited and did not charge me for the repair. What a nice way to treat a repeat customer! more

My daughter was in an accident we took her car to Valet and they were great. The car ended up being totaled so they did not have to fix it but they stored the car, helped us make decisions on what to do with the car even helped us fill out the paperwork for the insurance. They clearly had our best interest in mind and were incredibly helpful. more

My son was driving our Xterra on his way to work in SLC on I-15 during a snow storm in early Jan 2012. Another driver spun out and hit him hard, breaking a ball joint, knocking a tire off and doing severe damage to the vehicle. The highway patrol called a tow truck and our Xterra ended up at Valet Auto body in Draper. I am very very particular and had not dealt with Valet before, so I did much research. Valet took care of my son, got us a rental, gave us a detailed estimate, kept us involved, advised us on how best to handle the other driver's insurance adjuster in a fair way and gave us some great advice about our vehicle. Turned out that our Xterra was a total loss. We ended up taking the insurance settlement, so we did not end up having Valet work on our Xterra. But, the customer service was so good that I would not have hesitated having them do the work, based on their excellent help with our issue and the other great reviews. Based on my own experience, I highly recommend Valet. more

Being in my first wreck I had no idea how stressful the situation could be! I was completely clueless on the process of getting my car repaired. Luckily a friend of my recommended Valet Auto Body in Draper. I can?t even begin to express how grateful to the entire Valet Team for making this stressful event in my life a breeze! The repairs were made in a very quick and professional manner, Callie arranged a rental car, and Matt worked tirelessly with all the logistics with the insurance company. And even though all of my repairs were all done to the rear of the car, when I had arrived to pick it up they had detailed it from front to back inside and out! WOW, WOW, WOW GREAT JOB VALET!!! more
