Review content:
I work for an insurance company and was on my way to work when I was rear-ended on I-15 (not my fault). Valet was recommended to me by my company as a shop that does excellent work for our clients. So I called them. Valet assigned a person to my case and towed my 2012 Explorer to their shop. Callie immediately started calling the at-fault insurance company to get authorization to begin work on my vehicle. The other company gave Callie the runaround for 2 weeks but she was tenacious and with very little effort from me, got everything taken care of. \r

Their customer service was amazing. Callie kept me apprised of the status of the repairs and the crap the other insurance company was dishing out and what she was doing to push forward. I would highly recommend them as a repair shop to take your vehicle to get fixed. Oh, and Callie took 2 appraisals for the cost to repair my Explorer--one from her company, and one from Met's appraiser and guess what, Valet's was more accurate and cheaper. My Explorer looks great and drives like new.\r
