About a year ago, I had McNeil/Valet do body work on my teenage daughter's car after she rear-ended someone. They were priced fair and did great work. Just this weekend, I showed up at Valet on a Saturday morning with my daughter's car again. She hit a snowbank while away at college and her bumper was loose. They rebolted it back on for me while I waited and did not charge me for the repair. What a nice way to treat a repeat customer!
