Overall experience was A+++++ 11/3/2010

Just a note of thanks for the service I received on my old Sub Zero freezer. The technician was so friendly and nice to me that I just want you to know how much I appreciate being treated in such a nice manner. Us old people just don't get much of that anymore. I am very pleased with the customer service from start to finish. The secretary said the tech will be here in less than 90 minutes. I've heard that before and waited all day. 35 minutes later he was here and had my Viking oven working in 25 minutes. Great service. Great price. I will recommend the experts! more

GREAT SERVICE,ON TIME, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 5/19/2010

I arrived home @ 5:30pm to find my refrigerator dead & food thawing out. I called VIKING repair and their tech was here w/i 35mins, diagnosed problem,had parts on hand to repair,and got me back running by 6:30pm! This is my 3rd time using this company & the service is always the best I've ever gotten! Give them a try& you'll never call any one else. more

Used this guy a few months ago to fix my stove! There's nothing he can't fix! This guy is totally top notch, super nice and very affordable. You can tell he's been doing this for a while. more

It was excellent. Edward was supurb, knew what he was doing and did it. I will definatley use him again. He fixed my range, but did it with grace and efficiency. I am glad to have an appliance repair person I can use and recommend to others. more

My client had a problem with the vent on top of her stove - it hadn't worked for years. I tried calling 2 separate appliance repair companies, and neither one was able/willing to fix this vent. I did some research online viking repair noted the great reviews and gave them a call. Rick came out the next day to take a look at everything - he was friendly and quick. He told us he'd have to order the part, and let us know that the vent is somewhat difficult to get to and that may be why others weren't willing to fix it. He ordered the part and came back the following day (exactly when he said he would), and he fixed the vent without a problem. So now, we have a working vent! :-) I highly recommend these guys. more

Excellent service! My tenant's Refrigerator broke while I was out of town and I was able to call Jack and he went that day and fixed it. I paid him via PayPal and it was a done deal. Will certainly use his service again. more

Rick is fantastic 4/2/2010

We were having our viking refrigeration issues. Some other place came and wanted to charge $400 for ambiguous reasons. When pressed they told us to defrost the freezer, which remedied the problem for about a month. When it happened again, we called Rick at Viking Refrigerator Freezer Repair (thank you judysbook). He was very professional, efficient and friendly. A microchip needed to be replaced, which he said is the most common problem with the newer models. It was around $200 for parts and labor...we're back up and running. Thank you Rick! more

Very Good Services, range works now... 3/22/2010

This company helps me a lot with my appliances. They fixed my Viking range and Vent hood yesterday and im very contented with the result. My neighbor told me about that company and said that I should call them. Really Happy with the result. Everything is working perfectely now. more
