We were having our viking refrigeration issues. Some other place came and wanted to charge $400 for ambiguous reasons. When pressed they told us to defrost the freezer, which remedied the problem for about a month. When it happened again, we called Rick at Viking Refrigerator Freezer Repair (thank you judysbook). He was very professional, efficient and friendly. A microchip needed to be replaced, which he said is the most common problem with the newer models. It was around $200 for parts and labor...we're back up and running. Thank you Rick!
