My client had a problem with the vent on top of her stove - it hadn't worked for years. I tried calling 2 separate appliance repair companies, and neither one was able/willing to fix this vent. I did some research online viking repair noted the great reviews and gave them a call.
Rick came out the next day to take a look at everything - he was friendly and quick. He told us he'd have to order the part, and let us know that the vent is somewhat difficult to get to and that may be why others weren't willing to fix it.
He ordered the part and came back the following day (exactly when he said he would), and he fixed the vent without a problem. So now, we have a working vent! :-) I highly recommend these guys.
