I have been a vendor for Utopia for many years. I have also work for other property management companies and I will tell you Utopia is by far the easiest and most organized to work with. Always very responsive to calls if I have a question about a job to be performed or an estimate I have been sent out on. They make my job easier. Pros: Service oriented Cons: n/a more

Satisfied CUstomer 1/28/2009

I am a new tenant and I just wanted to say how impressed I am with Utopia?s Maintenance Department. I called and reported a maintenance issue and not only was the lady I spoke with helpful, but genuinely pleasant. They sent out repair personnel the same day and made the repair at the same time. Over the years I have lived in several different rentals and I can?t tell you how refreshing it was to get such great service. Thank you Utopia for your great customer service!!!!!!!!! Best help in town 1/12/2009

I moved do to work and I needed my 4 bedroom home rented out and to good tenants. I found Utopia management and they took care of everything because it needed painted and cleaned. They were able to get me the estimates and get the painters in then the carpets cleaned anprofessional.d finally the house cleaned. I was so happy when they called to say that they found a good tenant with perfect credit. I am so pleased at the service and I do not mind paying for good help it is always worth it to pay for a professional. more

I just have to say thank you to Utopia for the great customer service!! I recently discovered that my tenants trashed my rental property and I had no idea what to do. I called Utopia to take over the unit...and they took care of all the damages...it didn't cost an arm and leg to fix it and they restored my unit like new. I re-rented my unit to some great new tenants and I'm so relieved. Thanks!!! more

Happy Tenant 1/1/2009

Having newborn premature twins is hard enough, but then the heater to our apartment went out . I called the Utopia office to report, they understood my situation & had the heater repair company come out in the middle of night. I greatly appreciate their caring staff for listening and going over & above. Pros: Great Service more

The professionalism at Utopia have exceeded my expectations! The rental industry has been affected by the economy and this company has proven that the it's not always about the bottom line. I strongly recommend that if you are considering renting out your home, call Utopia before trying to do it yourself. Pros: great service more

So Easy!! 12/17/2008

I was recently looking for a house to rent in the San Diego area and came acroos this companies web-site. I had never lived in San Diego before so I didn?t really know too much about what was a good area to live in. I contacted the person who was managing a couple of houses I was interested in. She was polite and helped us find a home that we wanted in a short amount of time. She also went out of her way to help find what schools were in the area seeing as we have kids and we needed to enroll them as soon as possible. She was able to answer all the questions we had and put our minds at ease. The move-in was very easy and place looked terrific. I would recommend this company to anyone! more

One word, AWESOME. I was having alot of financial issues and needed to rent my property ASAP. Utopia came highly recommended to me, so I figured I could give them a try. From the moment I first called I got excellent customer service. From the receptionist being extremely friendly and helpful, to the new business department being so efficient and knowledgeable, to my property manager who is wonderful with communicating and got my place rented so quickly!! I am very happy with my choice to use utopia. more

Happy Client 12/12/2008

I was worried that my townhome would not rent before I moved out. Utopia was able to find a quailfied person and they moved in 3 days after I moved out. I could not have done this without them. I want people to know that having a management service is the best way to go they can take care of so much like the cleaning etc and I just focused on packing and moving. more

It was a relief to know that all my property concerns were taken care of. I recently signed up to rent my property with Utopia. They took care of a leak that the tenants called about over the weekend. When I called my property manager on tues she let me know that the leak was fixed and the tenants were very happy. While desperately looking for a place to live, I have came across many unhelpful people. The lady I dealt with at Utopia Management was the exact opposite. She responded so quickly to my requests about the property. It was nice to finally meet someone who acts with professionalism. I have since then found a different rental, however I have referred many people to Utopia and to the helpful individual. more

I am extremely happy with the service I've gotten from Utopia. I am a property owner and brand new to the rental game, but Krista took the time to explain everything to me in detail and gave great suggestions based on her experience. And, they ended up finding a well qualified renter within just a few days. Which was really nice because I was getting tired of paying mortgage and rent . I can really tell that they care, and am looking forward to a long relationship with them while I rent my condo. more

Thanks for renting out my condo so quickly. I am writing this review to say thanks for doing a great job. I was still living in the condo and Utopia showed up on time and called to set up apptoments for me and they never let my cat out. I feel very secure in letting them handle my condo while I am out of the country for the next 2 years. more

I just moved to San Diego and i was having the hardest time trying to find a place to live. I finally decided to use a property management company and Utopia was highly recommended to me. From the moment i called they were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very efficient with returning my phone calls and answering any questions i had. I was in my new place before i knew it. They made finding a home very easy and stress free for me. I would definitely use this company again!! more

Fantastic Service 11/17/2008

I recently purchased a foreclosed home as an investment property. I also needed to find a property management company with the background & experience to handle renovating it & renting it out. I had the pleasure of working with a one of the most enjoyable people I have ever met. Not only did they renovate the home in a timely manner, they kept it within my budget & rented it before the work was completed. Best customer service I have seen in a long time.
