Utah Trailer Source

My wife and I live in Carson City, NV. We found the 2012 Arctic Fox 25Y trailer we were looking for at a great price here at Utah Trailer Source via internet. I'm a truck driver and lay over in Salt Lake twice a week - every week. I called Pete to inquire about the trailer - and he offered to come pick me up at my hotel (a short distance from UTS). Over a period of a few weeks (and many trips to look at the trailer), my wife and I purchased our unit. Pete and his wife went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make changes in the trailer to suit our needs (one of which was replacing the full width couch at the rear of the coach with individual swivel chairs - perfectly color coordinated!). We drove to SLC on the first day of our vacation to pick up the trailer. Pete and Rick (the repair and install tech) outfitted us with a new hitch on our p/u, and after moving much stuff into the unit (stuff that we moved OUT of our 16 year old Nash!), we were on our way. I don't know how they could have been any more helpful. During my many pre-purchase visits I found a few things that needed attention (and were overlooked by the factory), and all were fixed immediately. I'd buy from Pete again in a heartbeat! I'm sorry some other folks had a different experience. more

These guys really know what they are doing. We called them with a lot of questions and they answered each one and then some. They installed a hitch in our truck and sold us exactly what we wanted. What a nightmare. Ordered a 20' trailer with 4' tack room got a 20' trailer with a 6' tack room = less room for my horses and not usable. Contract stated 4' tack not 6'. I asked them to return the trailer and get the one I ordered. Their website says 100% satisfaction guarantee and 30 return policy. Owner Pete told me he didn't have enough money to give me a refund and we got what we ordered but we did not order a 6' tack. Then they said they would move the tack but wanted us to pay for the labor. We couldn't get them to return phone calls and it was a mess. They didn't care because they got paid and I got stuck with a trailer that was not usable. Finally I agreed to pay $300 just so I could get the trailer and have something to use since it had been from July when it was ordered to the middle of October. They try to make us feel like we did something wrong and refused to take the return or repair at their cost. Pros: null Cons: null more

I love my new Logan Coach horse trailer but the buying experience was the worst! This dealership promised a fast turn around and then after receiving our down payment fed us a bunch of lies when it was not met. Our 2 week delivery date turned into 7 weeks. The Salesman repeatedly blamed the Logan Coach factory for the delays when in fact they had just promised it in an unrealistic time frame to get our down payment. Instead of being honest up front the lies piled up. We repeatedly tried to get a time estimate on delivery but the salesmen never returned our calls and when we could finally reach him on the phone, he just gave the same "I will call Logan Coach and call you back" which never happened. I really love our new trailer I just wish we would have known of the unethical Customer service this dealership practiced so we could have bought it through another dealership. BTW they are not bbb accredited as it states they are on their website. more
