What a nightmare. Ordered a 20' trailer with 4' tack room got a 20' trailer with a 6' tack room = less room for my horses and not usable. Contract stated 4' tack not 6'. I asked them to return the trailer and get the one I ordered. Their website says 100% satisfaction guarantee and 30 return policy. Owner Pete told me he didn't have enough money to give me a refund and we got what we ordered but we did not order a 6' tack. Then they said they would move the tack but wanted us to pay for the labor. We couldn't get them to return phone calls and it was a mess. They didn't care because they got paid and I got stuck with a trailer that was not usable. Finally I agreed to pay $300 just so I could get the trailer and have something to use since it had been from July when it was ordered to the middle of October. They try to make us feel like we did something wrong and refused to take the return or repair at their cost. Pros: null Cons: null more
