My wife and I live in Carson City, NV. We found the 2012 Arctic Fox 25Y trailer we were looking for at a great price here at Utah Trailer Source via internet. I'm a truck driver and lay over in Salt Lake twice a week - every week. I called Pete to inquire about the trailer - and he offered to come pick me up at my hotel (a short distance from UTS). Over a period of a few weeks (and many trips to look at the trailer), my wife and I purchased our unit. Pete and his wife went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make changes in the trailer to suit our needs (one of which was replacing the full width couch at the rear of the coach with individual swivel chairs - perfectly color coordinated!). We drove to SLC on the first day of our vacation to pick up the trailer. Pete and Rick (the repair and install tech) outfitted us with a new hitch on our p/u, and after moving much stuff into the unit (stuff that we moved OUT of our 16 year old Nash!), we were on our way. I don't know how they could have been any more helpful. During my many pre-purchase visits I found a few things that needed attention (and were overlooked by the factory), and all were fixed immediately. I'd buy from Pete again in a heartbeat! I'm sorry some other folks had a different experience.
