I love my new Logan Coach horse trailer but the buying experience was the worst! This dealership promised a fast turn around and then after receiving our down payment fed us a bunch of lies when it was not met. Our 2 week delivery date turned into 7 weeks. The Salesman repeatedly blamed the Logan Coach factory for the delays when in fact they had just promised it in an unrealistic time frame to get our down payment. Instead of being honest up front the lies piled up. We repeatedly tried to get a time estimate on delivery but the salesmen never returned our calls and when we could finally reach him on the phone, he just gave the same "I will call Logan Coach and call you back" which never happened. I really love our new trailer I just wish we would have known of the unethical Customer service this dealership practiced so we could have bought it through another dealership. BTW they are not bbb accredited as it states they are on their website.
