They have excellent service 2/15/2011

I highly recommend Uptown Locators. My family and I recently relocated to the Dallas area and I wasn't that familiar with the area or the apartments. I had spoken with David and he was so professional, he contacted the apartments that I was interested in and he really helped me throughout the entire process until I moved in my new apartment. David really provided me with EXCELLENT customer service. more

Locator of the Decade! 2/11/2011

I have used Uptown Locators on more than one occasion, & would never use anyone other than Yana. Yana has helped me in my searches, even finding out how to contact apartments under current construction. She's always prompt in answering questions or forwarding information. Worked smoothly. I recommend Yana to any & everyone. more

Are these reviews legit? Check the user profiles 2/10/2011

I am skeptical that all these positive reviews are legitimate. If you click on the user profiles of the reviewers, most of them have only 1 or 2 reviews to their profile, for Uptown Locators and usually the 2nd review will be for Platinum Limousine Service. Most of the profiles I have clicked on have the member location as New York. The negative reviews seem to be from people with profiles in Dallas, TX. Sooooo....seems suspicious to me. Maybe they'll read this and try to cover their tracks a bit better. more

I would definitely recommend Uptown Locators to my family and friends especially Yana. When I decide to find a apartment again I will use them again. Also received my rebate in a timely fashion, how great is that, they paid me for using their service cant get any better than that. Thanks and hats off. more

The thought of moving seemed so overwhelming to me until I started working with Eric David of Uptown Locators. He helped me every step of the way. The Uptown Locators website is very easy to use and it has details for every apartment complex in the areas I was looking to move which made it easy to narrow down my search. David made himself available to me 7 days a week to answer my questions and to find current specials on the apartments I planned to visit. I just knew there was going to be a catch but there wasn't. Once I signed my new lease, ALL of my stuff was moved absolutely FREE to me and I only had to schedule the movers a few days in advance. I'll be referring Eric David and Uptown Locators to everyone I know. Thank you so much for everything. I love my new place! more

They have excellent service 1/28/2011

I was referred to the company by my Girlfriend and Im really glad we used their service, they help me find a great place and once I was ready to move they explained to me everything they offered, I ended up deciding to receive the $800 rebate and it came right when they said it would, excellent service and Im very happy I used Uptown Locators. Awesome service! 1/23/2011

Yana truly has a talent in finding the perfect apt that fits all of your needs. :-) This is my 2nd time using this service and I will continue to use this service as long as I live in the Dallas metro area. The movers were amazing, they got me moved from my old apt to my new one in 2 hours TOPS! They were very pleasant. I will always refer my friends to use Uptown Locators!!! more

I am so happy I used Uptown Locators my locator was Ms. Tameka Norris. I could reach her anytime of the day/or night. It was just like talking to a family member. The movers were great. They worked hard and were very polite and helpful. Tameka Norris assisted my daughter and her husband with their move and they referred me to her. She was great! Don't be fooled by other ""free"" services. Uptown Locators really is free! Thanks.... more

Well done job Uptown Locators 12/26/2010

I had a certain type apartment in mind,I had emailed the complex and did not get a response,I later contacted Uptown Locators and spoke with Johnny by e-mail only ,I explained the exact type of kitchen I had to have and location. He found an apartment for me. The apartment was perfect,the view over the canal is incredible and the staff is to die for,(LOL) thanks Johnny (you guys could explain the steps of the rebate more clearly more

Do yourself a favor, and pick this team 12/19/2010

Our guy, Johnny, was a God send. We had 7-days to find an apartment. No easy task when you're as particular as we were. Johnny spent the time, energy, and patience required to not only meet, but to exceed our challenge. Never pressured us one bit, and left us feeling like we had made a new friend in Dallas. And here's another testimony for 'ya ..., when Johnny called us with his list of potential apartments, he was just as excited about showing us one in particular, as we were about seeing it. Because he KNEW it was exactly what we were looking for. And he was right. God-speed Johnny And thanks for everything. more

Awesome 12/17/2010

My partner and I lived at Carroltton for several years. We had two separate apartments for the entire time we were there. Carroltton was a quiet, decent place to live. The rent includes all utilities, including basic cable. They have a nice pool. When something needed fixing, it was usually taken care of in very short order (generally same day or next day). We loved Carroltton and it will always hold a very special place in our hearts. more

Hot and sophisticated living! 12/10/2010

This place is AMAZING! Hip and cool, sophisticated and convenient. This place has it all. The Market, dry cleaning services, a bank, cafe, bar and a great patio to sit and read the Sunday paper at while having brunch. Come on! They have upscale everything! granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, this is a MUST see. Call ahead, very few open at a time, so go now while you are thinking about it and see what urban living is all about. Thanks Uptown Locators more
