Customized service with a smile - Apartment hunting can not only be a drag, but can be a little daunting, too. But Tameka Norris at Uptown Locators made finding my new home an absolute pleasure. Tell them exactly what you're looking for, and they'll find it. But they will go above and beyond. They'll follow up with you and make sure you're satisfied and taken care of. I would recommend Uptown Locators to anyone looking for an apartment in the city. more

Best choice! We were two young women searching for an apartment in Dallas in Sept. Not very easy. We were so pleased to find Uptown Locators. Our agent was so kind, serious and gave us best advices that we felt confident very easily. The Apartment was exactly like represented on the web-page. It was such a great pleasure to rent this great place. Before we found Uptown Locators we were tricked so badly by someone from ...list paying 1000 $ in advance for an apartment that does not exist. more

Yana is terrific 4/19/2012

Yana at Uptown Locators is a terrific agent. She's a pleasure to work with - professional, calm, funny and was on top of every step of the process. We had to move out-of-state before our house was sold, and I felt reassured knowing that Yana was taking care of things on Dallas. Uptown Locator was GREAT!!!!?????? 4/19/2012

Uptown Locator was so helpful and wonderful. It was not 2 days and I had found my dream place and they were there with me all the way to help. They checked on me afterward to make sure they were treating me right. I would refer them to anyone and will. Keep them going!!!!? Uptown Locators service is totally free and their service is escorted as well as they are very helpful to find a nice Apartment. more

Best locators ever !!!!!! 4/8/2012

I know the uptown area very well and did a lot of research on my own. The agents at the uptown locators office were super friendly but the best part is that they got me a better deal with every single property i chose! I ended up saving time and money. \r The dogs by the way are super cute and i actually loved how pet friendly they are over there. Great people, Great service, great deals ! more

UPTOWN LOCATORS WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL! 3/17/2012

I really appreciated the service from Uptown Locators and especially from our agent David was extraordinary helpful and service-minded with our short notice request a week prior the trip. The apartment (Ft.worth) was as we expected, nothing to complain about at all - we had a great stay in that flat and the host was very helpful and helped us with all requests we had. NO PRESSURE APARTMENT SEARCH! 3/11/2012

Thank you Local! Last time I was looking for an apartment I used one the locating services promising a $100 rebate; which I never was paid. When I called Uptown Locators I was invited to come into the office where David listened to the things important to me and targeted several apartments. He drove me to all of them and his input helped me make my final decision. I could not be happier. Yesterday the manager of my apartment even called to ask me if there was anything I needed. I plan to stay here until I buy a house. Thanks David. more

GREAT EXPERIENCE, THE BEST OF...DALLAS 3/1/2012

My roommate and I just moved down in Dallas, we thought we could handle finding an apartment ourselves but it turned out to be difficult. You really have to know each of the areas in Dallas otherwise you could potentially make a huge mistake, that's why we went to Uptown Locators. We contacted Yana with some pretty strict criteria (2 bed 2 bath, pool, fitness, proximity to midtown, amenities, and a move in date within a week!!!), she came up with a bunch of amazing properties and she drove us around Dallas. Apartment hunting can be very stressful but with Yana it felt like we were hanging out with a good friend, but at the same time she was extremely professional because she knew everything about Dallas and each of the properties. We found a great apartment, and we highly recommend Yana and Uptown Locators. more

My husband and I used Uptown Locators 1 and Half years ago to find our apartment in Arlington. The service was great and we found the perfect place. This past year, when we decided to buy a condo, we went with Uptown Locators again...and couldn't have been happier. Susan Carroll was our real estate agent and she is absolutely the best out there! She is so knowledgeable and really helped us through the buying process. She was always there to answer any questions; without any added pressure. We couldn't have found the home of our dreams without her! more

Uptown Leasing Center is great 2/26/2012

I had only ONE day in the city, and we finished with tours, paperwork, and lease within three hours (including an hour lunch!). Everyone in the office was super nice, honest, and had my interests in mind. It's a great service if you want to live in the heart of the city. Ask for Yana...she rocks! :) more

Best property managment company 2/26/2012

This company has been professional and considerate from the moment we viewed the house to today. We have been in our home for a year and resigned with them because of their commitment to taking care of both the renter and the homeowner. Yes, we have had maintenance issues but Uptown Locators took care of them quickly and correctly. I highly recommend them to anyone and we will only rent with them from now on! more

What great service 2/24/2012

This is the first time I used Uptown Locators. What a great help Smith was in helping me get moved. He is very professional and keeps in touch. On the day of the move, the movers arrived when they said they would and were careful with all of my belongings. They moved everything for me and were great. I would definitely recommend Smith and Uptown Locators to others. more

Uptown Locators helped me find the perfect place to stay while I got my grounding in the city. When craigslist and searches on your own seem too intimidating to start with, the brokers fee can be worth it. The agent I dealt with went the extra mile to find me the perfect place that I would be comfortable in--along with finding a place in my dream neighborhood in my price range. I have only been here a month and uptown locators did a great job for finding a nice apartment. This is a great complex. The staff made me feel really welcomed when I was moving in. The grounds are clean and well maintained, plus I feel really safe living here. i especially love how close to everything it is. Thanks more
