Just moved in 8/19/2011

Love this area..trees, less traffic, the lake, historic homes, etc.. so much cooler than the uptown area. I did uptown for a couple of years but got tired of all the traffic and congestion and not to mention the expensive prices. With Uptown Locators I got off to a rough start with the move in. They had to delay me for a couple of days and I had to reschedule my move. They comped my rent and paid for my move because of my inconvenience. Thanks a lot. more

Uptown Locators found me the BEST 8/16/2011

After moving to Dallas from NY, I was very nervous I would not find an apartment that would suit my needs. David with Uptown Locators found the perfect apartment for me. Having never been to Dallas prior to moving here, I was unclear on what area to move into, being close to nightlife and downtown while having a spacious, affordable place, was important! David REALLY came through, he gave me many options all very affordable and what I was looking for! Both polite and knowledgeable David with Uptown Locators made my move easy, and relaxing. Awesome service they found me a great deal on an apartment 8/11/2011

I drove around on my own and went to apartment complex after apartement complex after apartment complex finally i gave up. I came in to their Uptown office and in a few minutes they had already compiled a list of all the availablitites in my price range. we narrowed the list down went directly with the agenet to tour the property and got a swwet deal that wasnt advertised basically a $1200 a month apartment for $925. Cant beat it, I would use them again and again more

My husband and I used Uptown Locators 1 and Half years ago to find our apartment in Arlington. The service was great and we found the perfect place. This past year, when we decided to buy a condo, we went with Uptown Locators again...and couldn't have been happier. Susan Carroll was our real estate agent and she is absolutely the best out there! She is so knowledgeable and really helped us through the buying process. She was always there to answer any questions; without any added pressure. Uptown Leasing Center did a great job 7/12/2011

Totally different than any other apartment building. My dog loves the new dog park and the yoga classes are such a stress reliever after work. Love my bathroom and kitchen. Can't believe I pay so much less than I use to pay in The Village. Thanks Uptown Locators. more

This place is the one stop shop for apartments in Uptown. I came there saw the availability of all the apartments in the whole area, picked three to look at and they escorted me around for free! Sure beats driving from place to place and its free. more

I was looking for a place uptown and moving from Austin. After filling out their form I was contacted the same day and they were ready with several listings all within my budget. I signed my lease after looking at just 2 places. They took the time to understand what I was looking for. They made my move an easy one. Thanks. I can't believe this is a free service. Great Search Engine 5/30/2011

My wife and I are moving from IL to Fort Worth, TX and found the Uptown Locators search engine the best. It allowed for entering different criteria and produced listings of apartments that we were looking for. David was very helpful. This was so easy! They have every single property that is out there on the market in a data base. They didnt try to push me on properties they work with more often like some other companies do. Very nice people, didnt have to drive all over town myself - they drove me around (and those agents have some nice cars - i guess they are good at what they do) and got me the best deal ever. Even got a gift card for using them. Best company out there. more

I had been hunting for a great apartment for weeks, and was starting to get a little depressed about what was out there. I contacted Uptown Locators, and Yana helped me find the perfect apartment in just two days. Not only that, but she showed me several nice apartments that I would have never found on my own, and had a great sense of what would and would not work for me.
