The experience from start to finish was great, the UNIT was dropped off and picked up right on time. Then again when we had it delivered to our new house. But unfortunately I had a bad experience to finish up. A few weeks after the UNIT was dropped off and then picked up from our new house, I checked my credit card and realized that I was charged a full month's rent for the month of April, but we were done with the UNIT by the first week of April. I had to email the UNITs office and ask them and they responded that they would credit my card for the unused time. Then, after a week of not seeing the credit, I had to email again and the owner said he thought he'd done it, but that he'd take care of it right away, which he did. The part I'm disappointed about is me having to ask for the refund. It would seem that there should be a process in place so that this automatically takes place without the customer having to ask. I was never given an explanation as to why it didn't happen automatically, which gives me no choice but to assume that had I not asked, I wouldn't have gotten the refund due to me. If this is true, then it's outright stealing and very disappointing.
