I felt this was a new company and they were just getting accustomed to doing this. The containers were ultra clean, the driver very polite and accommodating. The only 'problems' were in the timing of the delivery of the containers when it was time to unload them. I think they are a bit overwhelmed with business and may be understaffed at this time.

Valerie - I'm sorry about the timing of the delivery. Yes, we are a growing company and work very hard to be on time for deliveries and pick-ups. Moving can be a very stressful event and we realize our customers have other chores to complete. We re in the process of expanding our fleet of trucks/drivers to keep up with our growing business and clientele.
