I had no prior knowledge of UNITS when I found them on the Web. Since they were located five minutes from my home, I visited their offices and asked questions about their moving and storage capabilities and costs. I had good vibes about UNITS early into my visit. It was especially appealing to me that it was family operated and the husband-and-wife team were very personable and informative about how UNITS would move and store the contents of the home I was about to sell and how they would move the stored contents into my replacement home, when ready. And of course, they spelled about the costs to do this.
Being used to a corporate business environment where precision and responsiveness is a must, I was very impressed how precise and responsive UNITS was during the entire process. Our back-and-forth communications were crystal clear. Promised arrive times for containers to be delivered were always met spot on. Even a referral to a third party -- men to physically load the containers with furniture and related home contents -- turned out to be excellent. The third party movers were on time, hard working and very skilled at maximizing container space.
Finally, while UNITS was all business, they were also personable, being a family run operation.
