We were selling one house then buying another but closing dates were a few days apart so we needed a place to store our furniture for a very short amount of time.
The nationally-known places were higher priced AND if I actually spoke to someone "live" it seemed like they were just there to take my reservation and didn't really understand my needs.
I happened to be surfing the internet and came across UNITS Mobile Storage of Houston and immediately liked what I saw on the website. I was even more impressed when I called the office(it was after hours) and was able to speak directly to a person - the owner, no less!
David was great and thoroughly explained the process, pricing, etc. I was very pleased with what UNITS had to offer -- 2 week storage rates, competitive pricing, great customer service, containers that were in excellent condition and most importantly, on-time delivery (when they said they would be there, they were there!).
Marcie in customer service was equally wonderful - always answering my questions in a timely manner, accomodating us when we had to switch our delivery dates a few times and generally pleasant overall.
I can't say enough about the services I received and even though it's been a month since we've moved, I continue to brag about UNITS Mobile Storage of Houston - they really helped ease the stressfulness of moving.
I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for future moving needs.
