I found my experience to be the worst ever from a private business owner. I order a Janome sewing machine Dec. 13, 2014. I was given a date of less than one week for delivery. One week passed and was then told the sewing machine was back ordered and would arrive after Christmas. Even though I felt bad, I was willing to wait for the machine after being sold of his customer service after the sale. The time passed for the new date of arrival and I called and was then told the machine was still back ordered. Now, it is the middle of Jan. 2015, and no sewing machine. I called again and was told by the owner that he would call the factory the next day to see what the status was. I did not hear from him so I called him again. I was told at that time the sewing machine was shipped. Two more weeks had passed and still no sewing machine. On Jan 31, 2015, I called again on what the status was, and was greeted with a repulsive verbal disdain of why I was so “negative about wait time for delivery.” Six weeks for any delivery now days is just unheard of especially when another two weeks had elapsed since he stated the sewing machine was in transit. After his verbal enmity over the phone it was agreed I would get my refund. To receive my refund, the refund invoice stated, “negative customer reaction to wait time to deliver.” Customers BEWARE!
