Pfaff7570 needle bar needed adjusting. Brought it home, and light blew out, it was old, but the whole house blew too. Called and just asked if a wire could of got crossed, he blew up on me. Yelling, he had no idea how 7570 was treated on the way home. That 7570 road on the floor in the back seat. My husband tried to talk to him and he was rude to him also. I looked at receipt and it said it had a 6 mo guarantee! The arm is still unfixed. I wont waist my time or money, I'm finding another "authorized Pfaff repair shop.
