It's 9:45am on a Friday, and it's virtually impossible to find out if they take lunch reservations, as they have NO prompt for reservations on their voice mail. Only an option for the 'kitchen staff' exists, and if I know restaurants, the kitchen staff are the last people who want to 'take' reservations. Furthermore, they have 6 options on their VM, but NONE for reservations, except for a note that says 'reservations NOT ACCEPTED via voicemail. But when you zero out to the operator, NOBODY ANSWERS, and it returns you to voicemail hell. Thus, our party will look elsewhere. Nice job. Nora wouldn't have treated us this way!
