We trade cars about once a year and have met many car salesmen. The staff at Trophy Nissan were all fantastic! A very fair and straight forward deal, and we did it all thru e-mail and phone. They offered a late model Altima with all the bells and whistles and we offered a late model car of different brand (in very good condition). We drove 120 miles to complete the deal and, after inspecting our car, their offer was exactly the same as in the e-mails...to the penny. No bait and switch. No add-on fees for processing. No long waits for a low-ball trade-in offer. Just a bunch of gentlemen, conducting a business deal, with respect for the customer. A breath of fresh air, and a far cry from the sleazeballs around the DFW area. We dealt with five individuals at Trophy Nissan and thought each was a pleasure to work with.?
