I wanted a base model Nissan versa, sent my information out on cars.com, I received an email and call stating they had the base model. Friday rolls around About 5:30pm, I called anI told the salesman I would be there Saturday, and also asked to verify the they had the base model, I was told "yes we just had a truck come in today". I told them I would be there at 9am sat morning. I get to the dealership and right off the bat, I was up sold to an sv with auto. I said no thanks, I want the base model. They apologized for mis communication!!!!! What mis communication, there was none! I verified before driving an hour. They only had 2 Versa's on the lot. Lying MF, I won't ever go back. Kiss my butt trophy Nissan. Im glad I didn't get it, option number two was a blessing. more

Very honest I was very please in dealing with Kevin and the manager. I really don't remember their names or last name, but I felt that Kevin was very honest. Which was a very good feeling. I would recommend this dealer ship to others. When I first started looking for a car, I looked an the internet. I really liked Trophy’s selection so I decided to go into the dealership and just look. I was not going to buy. But then I was given a deal that I could not say no to. The staff there took care of me and answered all of my questions with a smile on their face. I am very happy with the vehicle that I purchased, the dealership experience and everything in between. more

Very Impressed with Honesty and Help 4/27/2010

I recently purchased a new Nissan Titan at Trophy Nissan and was very impressed at how honest my sales person was and how helpful the whole dealership was in assisting me getting my new truck. Trust me, I went to every Nissan dealer in town and was extremely unimpressed, but Trophy Nissan went the extra mile (and then some!), so obviously I was impressed. They got my business and now I am a customer for life! more

Average dealership scammers 4/21/2010

Good: There's plenty of cars. Bad: No price tags anywhere, no real service, a wolf in sheep's clothing.. Improvements: Trophy should really focus on what they say they do: help the customers and profit by volume. There can be such a thing as a (at least) "mostly honest" dealership.. Other: BAIT-AND-SWITCH. Trust nothing that you see online because you'll be given all kinds of excuses for a much higher price. That's if the car you went looking for and called ahead for wasn't sold a day or two before your actual call. They are no different than any other regular dealership. You're better off trying to get a new car - at least the warranty will do you some good, there. They don't like the risk of repair needs in Used cars.. more

I have been using dealership service for maintenance for many many years and Trophy Nissan is the best by far. The place is probably the busiest service department I have ever seen but you are treated like the only person there verytime you pull in. Cory is like an old friend evertime I see him. He is always patient with me and my rediculous schedule and I look forward to seeing everyone there each time I have to go in. Granted I never want to spemd allot of money on my car or my wife's but I trust Cory to behonest and fair. I have a home for my repairs and I intend to tell everyone I know about it. See Cory at Trophy he will make you feel like family. more

Trophy Nissan Service Rocks!! 12/23/2009

Had an overall great experience at Trophy Nissan in Mesquite. Buying my new Nissan was quick and had minimal haggling involved, and since then I have gotten amazing service from the service department which is also on site. Alot of car dealers get a bad-rap, and the reason why is because they are concerned about profit first and the customer second. I think based on my experience there, Trophy Nissan understands that without the customer, there is no profit to be made! If you are looking for a non typical experience buying a new car, check out Trophy Nissan in mesquite, you will be happy you did! Tell them that Jared sent you! more

called to see a car was available at 10am only to find out an by 1pm they had sold it! SUPPOSIDLY!!!! tried to get me to buy a different more expensive one instead. Went home to find out online the car was still there!!!! They are the most lieing matipulative dealership ive ever been too. NEVER BUY HERE!! more

This place has the worst service anywhere. I have been burned more than once here, but this is the latest and the last time: I took my XTerra in to Trophy for a tune up before a major road trip and was also talked into having a fuelpak service that was guaranteed to give me 10-20% better mpg. Thinking that I was about to put on 4000mies I thought that it would pay for itself. About 45 minutes into the trip, my engine started overheating. Thankfully I caught it in time to pull over and cool it down. We called the dealership and was told to get it to the next dealership if we thought we could with the windows down and the heat on full blast. When we got to the dealership they looked at the radiator fluid and took a sample and couldn't see through it enough for their reader to take a reading. I figured part of their 27 pt. tune up was to at least look at the fluids and make sure they were fine for such a major roadtrip. They told me to come in when I returned for the $46 it cost me to have the car looked at. I called and was told to come in the next day for the check. When I went in they told me it hadn't been signed yet. I told them just to mail it to me and to call when it went out. No phone call. So I called in to talk to the one who was suppossed to sign it. They told me he wasn't available but would call me back. I asked if it would be that day because I had taken it off. They assured me that it would be returned that day. Of course I never received the call. A week had passed and still no check and no phone call. I wrote to the dealership and received a call after a few days asking me to fax the receipt to them (the one they already had). I am still waiting to hear back from them. I cant forget to mention that there is absolutely NO mpg performance. So to sum it up: I paid $276 for a chance of losing my engine and a bunch of unfulfilled promises. Do not take your vehicle here for service. I really dont think they even did anything except charge me for the work. Jason and Robert just dont seem to care about their customers. I will never bring my vehicle to you again. more

My van was about to die, and we *need* that second vehicle. Our family is much too large for just one. My husband has been a customer of theirs for about 6 years and 2 vehicles now. In our search for another car, we called several different places. We were turned down at those because of our financial situation. We knew that we could make a payment, but all they could go by was what was on the paper. Central Kia didn't even return our call. My husband was in tears, as was I because we just didn't know what to do. We called Nissan. TROPHY NISSAN to be exact. They looked through their records and saw that my husband has been a faithful follower of theirs for a while now, and apparently they have a preferred buyers program where if you keep your payments good with them, that is the only credit you need to get a car from them. A few hours after our initial call to TROPHY NISSAN, my husband drove home in my brand new car. Get your next car from TROPHY NISSAN. They will be loyal to you. more
