Good: There's plenty of cars. Bad: No price tags anywhere, no real service, a wolf in sheep's clothing.. Improvements: Trophy should really focus on what they say they do: help the customers and profit by volume. There can be such a thing as a (at least) "mostly honest" dealership.. Other: BAIT-AND-SWITCH. Trust nothing that you see online because you'll be given all kinds of excuses for a much higher price. That's if the car you went looking for and called ahead for wasn't sold a day or two before your actual call. They are no different than any other regular dealership. You're better off trying to get a new car - at least the warranty will do you some good, there. They don't like the risk of repair needs in Used cars.. more
