Ruben and Mario did a great job lowering the lights in our entry way. They were on time, got right to work, and did exactly what we wanted done. They cleaned up and left things in great shape. A fantastic result! M expectations exceeded by TRIM! 3/8/2012

Trim Electric recently completed an installation of Two patio heaters. From trenching, to the electrical panel, to the gazebo. Installation was perfectly executed, on time and on budget. When I had questions, they were very quickly answered, and the workers were very conscious to make certain they understood my retirements before proceeding. You became my electrician's of choice! Electrical Check due to burning smell 3/6/2012

Michael was prompt and professional. I was very impressed with how quickly he made it to the house. He presented himself very well and was very friendly. Service- Excellent, Total Experience-Unsatisfactory 2/23/2012

Carlos Morales is a very good tech. Your service lacks communication. Our appointment was from 10:00 to 12:00 and you showed up at 3:00. I received no phone call and in fact, had to call twice after 12:00 until I finally got a call back telling me that a different tech was coming instead. I actually missed an appointment that I had at 2:00 because of this. Your techs are always competent and handle the problem, but someone should be up on appointments at the office to give timely customer service. We had several fixtures and switches that didn't work. Jason was so helpful on the phone - ensuring the technician had the right fixture on the truck if it needed to be replaced and Mike Termin was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful in executing the service call. Very happy with technicians and service 2/2/2012
