We called Trim Electric to put in anew chandelier for us in one of our rooms. After they installed it I realized I wanted it a bit a lower than what it was. Well the guy who did the install made a huge deal about getting it lower, and saying how hard it was, so we decided to just leave it as is. The other thing was that they quoted us 150 dollars an hour and he worked literally 2 hours and 10 minutes and charged us for 3 hours. He said because he went into the that third hour, which just felt a little unfair to me.
It was kind of like whatever, we just paid them, but they should have made that really clear before doing the work. I can't recommend them based off this experience.
