Carlos Morales is a very good tech. Your service lacks communication. Our appointment was from 10:00 to 12:00 and you showed up at 3:00. I received no phone call and in fact, had to call twice after 12:00 until I finally got a call back telling me that a different tech was coming instead. I actually missed an appointment that I had at 2:00 because of this. Your techs are always competent and handle the problem, but someone should be up on appointments at the office to give timely customer service. Linda Fader RESPONSE FROM Trim Electric Inc: We apologize for the bad experience. We had scheduling issues yesterday and for this reason we were unable to get to you until the afternoon. I understand that this is unacceptable and we again apologize for your missing your appointment.
