Loved Megan, didn't love (or even like) Tricia. Tricia is unfriendly, rude even, and not terribly helpful. I'd love to go back and work with Megan but to be honest, I'm too afraid of Tricia. She seemed bored and annoyed by my questions and almost angry when I didn't see the point she was trying (but often unable) to articulate. When I walked in for our appointment she was standing there with her arms folded, watching me. No one else in the store. After a long, uncomfortable silence I finally said ""Hi, I'm Cece"". And she just stood there with her arms folded and said ""I know"". Uh, ok, off to a nice, friendly start. I went to Trilogy (as opposed to say, Home Depot) because I wanted someone with experience. But when I sat with Tricia she basically just asked me ""What cabinet do you want here?"", ""Do you want a drawer or a shelf here?"". That's what they do at Home Depot. When I go to a boutique design firm I want you to give me ideas and suggestions for the space, not just wait for me to come up with the ideas. And get this, after spending an hour working on the kitchen design I happened to ask about another cabinet line they carried. Tricia said ""Oh yeah, that would probably be even better quality and value than the one you picked"". Really? You couldn't have suggested that before we spent and hour working on the other cabinet line?!? But Tricia was cocky, even rolling her eyes when I asked a question or didn't understand what she was trying (again, not very articulately) to explain. She's not very polished, that's for sure. So only 1 star for Tricia's rude, disinterested, and less than helpful attitude. I refuse to ever work with her. Sorry Megan! more

Unprofessional & Never Shows Up On Time! \r \r I recently hired Trilogy Kitchens & Remodeling in Arlington Heights Illinois and I couldn't have been more disappointed! It all seamed at first like they knew what they were doing but boy was I wrong. I am writing this review out of anger so I hope I can portray the correct picture of a company this dose not know a thing about remodeling let alone kitchen design. No one at this company has EVEN been to any design school or any type of general contact training, so how and the world can they be trusted ripping apart someones kitchen and home for 3 months! Not only when my cabinets arrived where they the wrong size but when the guys did show up to install them they were 3 hours late! Not a good way to start off right? Owe that just the beginning. The worst thing was I came home one day and one of the installers decided to help himself to my refrigerator. I feel completely helpless since half my house is torn apart. Dont turn away from this company RUN!!! more

Worst Remodeling Company to Deal With! 2/15/2012

I completely AGREE with the disappointed customers. This store lacks the construction experience it takes to run a good construction company. Trilogy Kitchens & Remodeling is ran by 2 women who have no construction or formal design experience what so ever! I am so discussed I spent money with them, then I had to pay someone else for fix all there mistakes. They even talked me out of getting construction permits when I know I could be fined by the village for not getting them. What kinda company gives that advise?!? As for the positive reviews on here. They probably were written by the owners them selves. The only thing I can say positive about this company is the cabinets I bought from them were good quality. Other than that the design service and so called contractors they use ( no English by the way) They really should be investigated by the authorities for bad construction practices! more

Excited I Chose Trilogy 12/10/2011

I over the past 10 years I have always dreamed about the kitchen I longed to have. I spent the past year getting closer to having my dream. I researched where I would choose to make this all happen. With lots of design studios in Arlington Heights, I did not know where to begin. While walking down the streets of Arlington Heights I could not help but stop into Trilogy Kitchens. For what I saw just looking into through the window it was a step above the rest. more

Happy with Kitchen Remodeling 8/16/2011

The experience with Trilogy was great from beginning to end! I worked primarily with Ashley; starting with the product selection and planning. She was extremely helpful and dedicated, with great ideas and a good listener. We worked very well together. Ashley was always professional and responded quickly to all my requests and concerns. In addition, she was present most days when workers were at my home. All work was completed on time and to my satisfaction and according to plan. The workers were respectful and competent. more

Extremely Happy Customer 7/18/2011

Trilogy Kitchens and Remodeling in Arlington Heights has my approval. It's not every day you meet a construction company you can trust. I trusted Trilogy with not only their opinions but knowing that corners were not going to be cut. I recently worked with Ashley Avery on the remodel of my kitchen. I at times felt like the difficult client while picking out materials, but she reminded me the value of my business as her client. Trilogy kitchens made my dreams come true. Two neighborhood friends are also going to invest with Trilogy Kitchens in the near future. more

Totaly Agree with Dissaponted Customers!! 4/8/2011

I didnt get a kitchen from them, but I did get a quote. What a joke!! How could my kitchen cost $15,000!! I went to Home Depot, Lowes and 2 other small kitchen companies and they came in at $4000 and $5000. Do these girls think Im stupid! With the town having 3-5 kitchen stores (way to many for Arlington Heights anyway) there is no room for these robbers! more

No Headache Kitchen Remodel 11/22/2010

I am sorry to see complaints about this company. We had a wonderful experience with them. We had them gut our kitchen and everything was a great experience. We were actually sad to see them go. Nine times out of ten they would be at the house before my husand left for the day and still here when he got home. They had wonderful ideas with the design and the construction of the kitchen we moved plumbing, electrical and gas without any problems. My husband and I thought we had some great ideas about how to design the kitchen, until we talked with them and found out that the things we wanted to do were not going to work. The craftsmanship is amazing. We did have extra work orders however several of them were us wanting them to do more work. more

I agree Nightmare Company to Deal with! 11/4/2010

We recenlty had a kitchen remodel along with a few additional upgrades done. The communication between the designer and contractor (Mark) were extremely poor, their contractor could never admit to any fault during the entire process. It was always someone elses fault. Very poor workmanship on cabinet install and would not fix even after numerous calls. They were very concerned about getting their money, but it's been 3 months since they installed the floor and they still haven't removed excess glue!!!!! They weren't experienced with type of stairrail we wanted but said ""Oh, No problem""; then proceeded to charge us an additional $400 because it took them two days to complete. Also damaged glass during install and didn't fix!! Very Very expensive and Very poor communication, customer service, and overall work. more

Beware!! 8/15/2010

We had a solid oak floor installed in our dining room, main hall and foyer, approximately 450 sf. by Trilogy Kitchens and Remodeling of Schaumburg, IL. We were getting what seemed like a great deal, but kept running into what Trilogy referred to as ""unexpected expenses."" The expenses of course popped up when the job was already so far underway that there was no choice but to have it completed by Trilogy or wait with our house in shambles until we could find someone else to complete those aspects of the project for a reasonable rate. more
