I completely AGREE with the disappointed customers. This store lacks the construction experience it takes to run a good construction company. Trilogy Kitchens & Remodeling is ran by 2 women who have no construction or formal design experience what so ever! I am so discussed I spent money with them, then I had to pay someone else for fix all there mistakes. They even talked me out of getting construction permits when I know I could be fined by the village for not getting them. What kinda company gives that advise?!?
As for the positive reviews on here. They probably were written by the owners them selves. The only thing I can say positive about this company is the cabinets I bought from them were good quality. Other than that the design service and so called contractors they use ( no English by the way) They really should be investigated by the authorities for bad construction practices!
