We've been customers since moving to the Triangle in early 2007. They clearly pride themselves on their customer service, and with good reason. They are friendly, responsive, and generally go out of their way to make the customer happy. I'm quite sure that 99% of businesses could learn from the way Triangle Dry Cleaners treat their customers. They do a good job with their dry cleaning, which is what it's about at the end of the day. They are fast, which is appreciative. Home pick-up and delivery is also quite nice.\r

So why not 5 stars? We've had a few issues around billing (small mistakes, nothing substantial), and a couple of other administrative mix-ups. Everything was put right once we pointed out the problem, as you would expect. I'm quite sure nothing was done intentionally. Still, it became such a concern that we decided to stop the automatic billing service, preferring to pay after each dry cleaning so we can better monitor the invoicing (they had previously kept our credit card on file for convenience, making it harder to determine if we'd been billed correctly).\r

I would definitely recommend Triangle Dry Cleaners to others. The overall experience was quite good.
