I've been a customer at triangle for several years now. I've become recently an unsatisfied customer and will not be giving anymore of my business to triangle. Lately they have sent my orders to the wrong location for pickup,stained shirts and I got a voice mail in which ""friendly reminder"" was use 3 times? I think I get the point....I left one pair of pants without pickup for a couple of weeks until I brought some more in. I did over $1000 dollars in cleaning with this place last year alone. Gregs been great, but its always been my experience in a business like this you need to serve the customer and your employees should be competent. The reason I go to triangle is because they provided something my old cleaner didn't, now there's no difference and my old cleaner is cheaper and the clothes are noticeably fresher. Will not be returning.
