Review content:
We used Triangle Dry Cleaners in Heritage for pick up and delivery, NIGHTMARE. They were so sporatic with their pick up and delivery....never consistent. I always had to call them to remind them to pick or deliver...then they always had some kid answering the phone who was completely CLUELESS. Finally I spoke to them and they knew I was upset but assured me they would do a better job. Then 2 days later I got a letter from them saying they had discovered we are the only customer in our vicinity and they would no longer provide pick up and delivery. Hmmmm funny to me that my neighbor 2 doors down who also uses them must be in their vicinity and we are not. They have to pass right by my house to get to theirs. One word: INCOMPETENT
